    Peel the potatoes. If you are using baby squash or zucchini, leave it as is. If the vegetable is more mature, then cut off the skin and remove the hard seeds. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the core and seeds. Peel the onion and garlic. Wash all vegetables and dry with napkins.

    Cut the potatoes into small cubes or cubes.

My husband and I really liked the sauce with zucchini and potatoes! The dish is easy to prepare, but incredibly tasty! I immediately decided that I would not bake in separate pots. I made the sauce in a glass form and covered the top with foil. I baked it for about an hour because I put the pan in a hot oven. At the end of cooking, I removed the foil and baked it a little under the grill. I cut the zucchini larger than the other vegetables. This way they retain their shape better and have a little crunch. For spices, I chose paprika and potato seasoning. This dish is juicy, aromatic, tasty, I really liked the tomato sauce! By the way, the appetizing smell of garlic when baking gathers the whole family in the kitchen). Thanks for the recipe!
