Sandwiches with potato and egg pate
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
In this recipe I will tell you how to make sandwiches with potato pate. We will need the products listed in the ingredients. As you can see, they are all quite simple and are usually available to every housewife.
STEP 2
We start by hard-boiling the eggs for 10 minutes (put them in boiling water to make them easier to peel) and let them cool under running cold water. Then we clean them and separate the whites from the yolks.
STEP 3
In the meantime, boil the peeled potatoes (they can be cut into 2-3 parts so that they cook faster), from which we then mash.
STEP 4
In a blender bowl, mix boiled egg yolks with butter, table mustard, green onions and salt. It is important to use ready-made table mustard and not mustard powder. Add the mixture to taste and blend with a blender.
STEP 5
Add puree and blend everything again with a blender. You can try everything again for salt.
STEP 6
The pate is ready! You can immediately spread it on bread and taste it.
