Sandwiches in a frying pan with sausage and cheese

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make sandwiches in a frying pan with sausage and cheese? Prepare your food. You can take any bread you like - white, rye, whole grain, a loaf, a long loaf, or in the form of cod will do. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well. It is advisable to take boiled sausage; you can take ham.
STEP 2

If your bread was not sold in slices, cut it into slices 0.8-1 cm thick. Cut the sausage thinner, 0.4-0.5 cm thick. Cut the cheese into approximately equal pieces with the sausage. It is very convenient to use already chopped cheese. Then place the food in layers on the bread - first the sausage, then the cheese and cover again with a piece of bread. I cut the sausage in half and laid it with an even cut facing out - this makes the sandwiches look neater.
STEP 3

Heat the frying pan over medium heat and prepare the lezon. In a wide bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and salt well. Liezon is not prepared in advance and is used immediately. Consider how salty the sausage and cheese are; you may need to add just a little salt. If you wish, you can add some spices to the leison - pepper, paprika.
STEP 4

When the pan is hot, pour oil into it and heat it over medium heat. Dip the sandwiches into the leison, one side at a time. Do not keep it in it for a long time, but at the same time the whole bread should be moistened. (This amount of lezone is enough for exactly three sandwiches, so increase the amount if necessary).
STEP 5

Fry the sandwiches on each side, one at a time, until they are browned and the cheese is melted. At the end, it is advisable to cover the pan with a lid, at least for a minute. Sandwiches are fried very quickly.
STEP 6

Place the finished sandwiches on a napkin to absorb excess oil. Serve them hot with tea or coffee, you can also cut the sandwiches in half and wrap them in any green lettuce leaves or add fresh cucumber and tomato slices on top. Bon appetit!
