    Prepare the ingredients. To prepare a salad with squid, cheese, egg and cucumber, we will need: squid (if frozen, defrost first)

    Clean the squid from films and chords and rinse well. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Do not cook any longer!!! Otherwise, the squid will become tough as rubber and completely tasteless. Cool the finished squid and cut into strips.

    Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. For greater homogeneity, eggs can be grated on a coarse grater.

    Wash the cucumber, dry it, trim the ends. Cut into strips.

    Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater.
