Salad with squid, apples and eggs
Quick preparation, and the end result is a delicious salad with a minimum of mayonnaise. SQUID is a satisfying, but at the same time dietary product. And eggs go great with it. If the salad contains these 2 ingredients, a delicate taste is guaranteed.

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 20 mins
STEP 1
Prepare all ingredients.
STEP 2
Cut the eggs into strips.
STEP 3
Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Pour boiling water over and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 4
Place on a sieve.
STEP 5
Pour boiling water over the squid to self-clean the film. Transfer to a container with cold water.
STEP 6
Use your hands to clean off the film and chord. Rinse in cold water.
STEP 7
Cut into strips and place in a saucepan.
STEP 8
Pour in water and bring to a boil. Add 1 tbsp. vinegar, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 9
Place all ingredients in a bowl, add salt, pepper and mix with mayonnaise. Grate a quarter of a juicy green apple on a coarse grater. The salad is ready! Bon appetit!

I still had a piece of smoked squid (almost 200 grams). No one wanted to eat it anymore, so I decided to find a recipe where I could use it. I liked the recipe for a salad with squid, apple and egg. I did not change the quantity of other ingredients. I took a seasonal apple, sweet and sour. The salad had a very pleasant taste, I especially liked the combination of squid and apple.
