Salad with squid, apples and eggs

I still had a piece of smoked squid (almost 200 grams). No one wanted to eat it anymore, so I decided to find a recipe where I could use it. I liked the recipe for a salad with squid, apple and egg. I did not change the quantity of other ingredients. I took a seasonal apple, sweet and sour. The salad had a very pleasant taste, I especially liked the combination of squid and apple.
