STEP 1

How to make a salad with shrimp, pineapple and cheese? Prepare your ingredients. To prepare a salad with shrimp and pineapple, we will need: shrimp (net weight in peeled form at least 200 g), canned pineapple, lettuce, cheese and egg.
STEP 2

First boil the shrimp in salted water with the addition of bay leaf and 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Then drain the water, cool the shrimp and peel them.

Boil the egg hard. Cool, peel and cut into 4 pieces.

Cut the cheese into small pieces.
STEP 5

Remove the pineapples from the jar, shake off the syrup and cut into small pieces.

Refueling. For the dressing we will need: natural yogurt without additives (you can take Greek), ready-made Dijon mustard (you can use granular), dry garlic, ground black pepper and salt.

Combine yogurt with mustard, dry garlic, ground black pepper and salt.

Mix everything well.

Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and tear them with your hands. Place lettuce leaves on a plate. Place egg quarters on top.

Place cheese and pineapples on top.

Add shrimp.

Pour the dressing over the salad and serve. You can lightly sprinkle the salad with freshly ground pepper.
