    How to make a salad with meat and pickles? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. The proportions are approximate. You can change them a little to your taste. You can take any meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey and even sausage). Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-10 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and cool them in cold water.

    Cut the meat into thin strips approximately 4-6 cm long.

    Peel the onion and rinse in cold water to remove dirt. Then cut the onion into half rings.

    To fry, heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the chopped meat and fry it over low heat for 7-10 minutes. At first, juice will appear from the meat, but during frying it will evaporate and the meat will begin to brown. Add salt and spices to it to taste. Keep in mind that the salad will also contain pickles and mayonnaise. Therefore, add minimal salt.

    Place chopped onion in the pan. Stir in meat. Fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes. A characteristic aroma will appear from the onion. If you want the onions and meat to become soft, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water to the pan and simmer everything under the lid for another 10-12 minutes. The water will have time to evaporate.

    Transfer the fried meat and onions to a plate and cool completely.

    Place the cooled meat in a convenient bowl and add boiled eggs, cut into strips.

I prepared a salad with meat and pickles. The pork was frozen, I didn’t defrost it completely, it would be easier to cut. I fried the meat in vegetable oil, added onion, cut into thin half rings, fried everything together until cooked and left to cool. I crumbled boiled eggs into a salad bowl, added pickled cucumbers, cut into small cubes, cooled meat and onions, and seasoned with mayonnaise. It was a very tasty, filling salad.
