Today we offer a salad based on boiled chicken gizzards and cucumbers. The salad turns out very juicy, appetizing, crispy. Carrots add sourness and spiciness, and a light garlic aroma. It can be prepared for a regular dinner or served on a holiday table, and you can mix the salad already on the table - when serving, just apply a mayonnaise mesh.

    Peel and cut the onion into thin half rings. Pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes. It will lose its sharpness and bitterness, which will allow you to eat the salad not alone)).

    Slice the pickled and fresh cucumbers into thin slices. Place the onion in a sieve and rinse it well under a tap with cold water, drain.

    The salad can be prepared in portions or in one large salad bowl, both in layers and as a whole mass. I served it in portions on flat pie plates. First, lay out a layer of raw smoked sausage cut into strips.
