Salad with fries and turkey

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the ingredients needed to prepare the salad. Wash vegetables and herbs thoroughly.
STEP 2
Cook the turkey fillet with 0.5 teaspoon of salt until cooked.
STEP 3
Cut the potatoes into small strips.
STEP 4
Let's start preparing the French fries. If you don’t have a special deep fryer, fry the potatoes in a frying pan in sunflower oil with added salt. Fry in small batches so that the potatoes are in one layer. I got 3 batches. Fry potatoes until desired color. I like my fries nice and crispy.
STEP 5
Place the finished potatoes on a paper towel to remove excess sunflower oil.
STEP 6
Cut the boiled turkey fillet into pieces.
STEP 7
Cut the cucumber into strips.
STEP 8
Boil the eggs and grate the yolk and white separately.
STEP 9
Chop the green onions.
STEP 10
Finely chop the dill.
STEP 11
Mix together French fries, cucumber, half the egg white and yolk, turkey fillet, dill and mayonnaise.
STEP 12
Decorate the salad with lettuce leaves, sprinkle with yolk, white and green onions. Bon appetit!
