Salad with fried crab sticks

STEP 1
We are preparing food. You may need more or less vegetable oil depending on the size of the pan. Olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil) will be needed for dressing if the salad turns out to be insufficiently oiled from the fried crab sticks and mushrooms. Boil the carrots.
STEP 2
Cut the crab sticks into strips. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown
STEP 3
Cut the mushrooms into slices. Fry in a small amount of oil until all the liquid has evaporated
STEP 4
Chop the onion into half rings. Fry in a frying pan until golden brown.
STEP 5
Three carrots on a coarse grater. Let the products cool. Stir in a plate and add salt. and season with olive oil if necessary.

I decided to make a salad with fried crab sticks. I boiled the carrots in advance, cooled them and grated them on a coarse grater. Next, I fried the crab sticks in vegetable oil, in the same frying pan I fried the mushrooms, and then the onions. I mixed everything in a deep bowl, added a little salt and extra virgin olive oil. The salad turned out to be tender, with a bright taste of mushrooms and crab sticks.
