Traveling around the world has exposed me to a variety of cultures and culinary traditions, inspiring me to experiment. I love sharing simple and accessible recipes so that everyone can experience the joy of cooking and gather loved ones around the table. Cooking is not only food, but also a way to create comfort and warmth in life.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts Management at University College Birmingham.
