    Mix cottage cheese, kefir, sour cream, honey, banana and beat everything well with a blender.

    You should get a smooth, shiny mass without grains or lumps.

    Prepare 7-9 plastic cups (depending on their volume). Fill them with curd mass.

    Cover each cup with foil and seal around the edges. Additionally, pack each cup in a plastic bag (for safety, so that the foil does not accidentally fly off). Place the dessert in the freezer. Remove from the freezer and place in the refrigerator a few hours before serving to give the dessert time to defrost. Of course, you can taste this dessert right away without freezing. Bon appetit!
