Fried tofu in soy-sesame sauce with cherry tomatoes and garlic

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
For this recipe we will need the products listed in the list. I haven't really complained about this product before. But after my friend told me how to make fried tofu cheese, I tried it and changed my opinion about it for the better.
STEP 2
So let's get started. Cut the tofu cheese into 2 pieces of equal size.
STEP 3
Dip each piece in flour.
STEP 4
Fry the cheese in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown. Then place it on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
STEP 5
Peel and chop the onion.
STEP 6
Prepare the sauce: mix lemon juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, add garlic, sugar, onions and herbs to this mixture, beat everything.
STEP 7
Add washed and chopped cherry tomatoes to the sauce and pour it over the tofu. Here's a delicious dish and it's ready! Oh, how many times have I told myself not to judge a product by its packaging!
