Awesome soup! Especially in the hot summer, it is very pleasant to eat, light and refreshing!!! True, instead of potatoes and eggs, I put fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, small red peppers (finely chopped), and take 1% kefir. Believe me, it turns out even tastier!

It's mid-spring now and I want something fresh and cool. Therefore, okroshka, rich in vitamins, is very timely. The recipe is good, but I always add sausages or boiled meat. And from the greens there are also radishes. When I make kvass, I season it with kvass and sour cream, but more often, as in the recipe, with kefir and mineral water. And of course a lot of greens, dill, green onions and parsley, integral components of okroshka.

I always prepare okroshka with kefir for my family in the spring and summer. My family loves this dish very much. But to the above ingredients I also add radishes (you can add radish for spiciness) and also horseradish and mustard for piquancy. It turns out very tasty! For children, you can add sour cream to the plate for nutrition. P.S. Mineral water was a revelation for me!
