    Break one egg into a separate bowl and add water. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Using a whisk, mix everything into a homogeneous mass.

For a quick snack, I chose a recipe for triangles of pita bread with egg and cheese in a frying pan. This time I didn’t experiment with fillings, I grated delicious cheese, peppered it a little and wrapped it in pita bread (this method of folding envelopes is really very convenient - the filling does not “run away” when frying). Each envelope was dipped in an egg beaten with water and salt and quickly fried on both sides. It turns out quickly, tasty, appetizing. A kind of soft puff pastry with cheese. I recommend it.
