STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. In addition to the standard set of products, you can add nuts, chocolate, sesame seeds or poppy seeds to decorate the cake.

It is better to use shortbread, crumbly, and sugar cookies for the cake. We break the cookies into small pieces; you can do this with your hands or using a rolling pin, rolling the cookies in the bag with it. You can, of course, do this faster with a blender, but the main thing is to stop in time so that all the cookies do not turn into crumbs; some of the cookies should be pieces.
STEP 3

Condensed milk can be purchased immediately ready-boiled, but it will be tastier if the condensed milk is boiled yourself; you can cook it directly in the can for about 2 hours in a pan of water. Place condensed boiled milk in a bowl and add softened butter. For a more beautiful color and pleasant chocolate flavor, you can add a couple of tablespoons of cocoa. Mix with a mixer until the cream has a homogeneous consistency.
STEP 4

Place the shortbread cookie crumbs in a deep bowl and fill them with condensed milk cream, mix well so that all the cookies are soaked in the cream.
STEP 5

Place the mixture on a flat plate, carefully using clean hands to shape the cake into an anthill. You can sprinkle the top of the cake with poppy seeds, grated chocolate or cookie crumbs. Place the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours to harden. After cooling, the cake can be easily cut into pieces. Serve the cake for a festive table or tea party with your family. Bon appetit!
