Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We prepare the necessary ingredients to prepare an elegant and delicious no-bake cheesecake.
STEP 2

To prepare the gelatin base, pour three hundred milliliters of 33% cream into a mug, then add forty grams of gelatin to it.
STEP 3

Mix the gelatin and cream well with a whisk and set the mug aside until the gelatin swells.
STEP 4

To prepare the cake, grind one hundred and fifty grams of shortbread cookies in a blender.
STEP 5

Place the cookie crumbs into a deep bowl.
STEP 6

Add one hundred grams of melted butter to the bowl with the cookie crumbs.
STEP 7

Thoroughly mix the cookie crumbs with butter with a spatula until smooth.
STEP 8

We cover a suitable shape with cling film and its bottom with foil.
STEP 9

We put the prepared homogeneous mixture of crumbs and butter into the mold, distribute it evenly and compact it by hand, and then put the mold in the refrigerator.
STEP 10

Place five hundred grams of cottage cheese in parts into a suitable container and also add one hundred and fifty grams of powdered sugar in parts.
STEP 11

Add two hundred milliliters of 33% cream, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar in parts to the container with cottage cheese and grind with a blender until smooth.
STEP 12

Place the prepared paste-like curd mass of delicate consistency into a deep bowl.
STEP 13

Place well-swollen gelatin in a saucepan and place it on the stove.
STEP 14

Heat the gelatin over medium heat until smooth, remembering to stir during the process.
STEP 15

Add gelatin to the bowl with the curd mass and mix with a spoon.
STEP 16

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well with a mixer.
STEP 17

Add a drop of food coloring to each portion of curd jelly.
STEP 18

Mixing well, paint each portion of curd jelly in different colors.
STEP 19

We place the prepared colored portions in the mold, alternating different colors and trying not to let them touch each other.
STEP 20

After lightly tapping the mold, decorate the top of the cake to taste with berries or fruits and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 21

After thirty minutes, put the cake on a plate and remove the mold.
