Due to the airiness of Chinese cabbage, the volume of the salad turns out to be impressive, which is also a plus. Bright and fleshy sweet peppers add juiciness, freshness and color to the salad. I replaced the fried turkey with baked chicken breast marinated in mustard and soy sauce. Unfortunately, fresh peas are difficult to find, so I took canned ones, they are always available in the store). The main thing is that it is made from fresh peas, and not from dried ones. Well, sweet corn perfectly complements this wonderful salad with its taste. Very tasty, filling and fresh!
