STEP 1

How to make a salad with chicken and pickled champignons? Prepare your food. You can cook the chicken specifically for the salad or use leftovers from, for example, yesterday's dinner. I just had some left over from the grilled one. You can also pickle the champignons yourself; I bought them from you. Take high quality corn. STEP 2

How to bake chicken? Salt and season chicken fillet (any chicken fillet, breast or thigh). Wrap it in foil. Bake the meat in the oven at 180°C for 35-45 minutes, depending on the size. How to boil chicken? Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and peppercorns to it. Place the fillets in boiling water. Cook the meat for 30-40 minutes, depending on the size. Then cool the fillet directly in the broth - it will turn out juicier. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
STEP 3

How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Cut the peeled eggs into small cubes.
STEP 4

Wash fresh cucumbers and cut off the ends. Cut them into cubes the same size as other products - salads cut into equal pieces look more aesthetically pleasing. Before slicing, be sure to taste the cucumbers to see if they are bitter - such fruits will ruin the entire dish.
STEP 5

Dry the marinated champignons from the marinade and cut into small pieces, the same size as the other ingredients.
STEP 6

Place all the chopped ingredients in a salad bowl. Add corn there too. First, place it on a sieve to drain the liquid. Salt the salad to taste, keeping in mind that it contains pickled mushrooms and will also be seasoned with salted mayonnaise.
STEP 7

Season the salad with mayonnaise, mix and serve. Bon appetit!
