Since childhood, I remember how the aroma of freshly baked bread and spices filled the air in my grandmother’s kitchen. These memories shaped my love for cooking. In our family, cooking is not just an obligation, but a reason to get together, share stories and joy. As I travel the world, I find inspiration in a variety of cuisines, from the spicy curries of India to the fresh salads of the Mediterranean. My goal is to show that anyone can cook, and it's not difficult. I believe that with a little time you can create something truly amazing.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Gastronomy at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
