Irish stew lamb with potatoes
A very hearty and delicious lunch from Ireland! Irish cuisine is distinguished by the combination of simplicity and richness of dishes with their amazing taste. I usually prepare this dish in the midst of a cold winter, after a cheerful series of winter holidays, when various salads have already become boring.
Step-by-step preparation

The potatoes turned out great! Fragrant, very tasty!!! Very interesting and tasty recipe! It’s not difficult and quick to prepare, the main thing is to cut everything and fold it - it takes 10-15 minutes, and then just wait and watch! The taste will be completely different if the lamb and potatoes are young. Very tasty with different pickles.
