STEP 1

Ingredients we will need: Any pastry, it can be Easter cake, paska, brioche, 300-350 g, I have stale Panettone. Milk can be replaced with sugar syrup, if you add some orange syrup, it will be absolutely gorgeous. Almond flour. You cannot replace it with wheat, only with any nut. Sugar. Egg at room temperature. Butter, softened, with a fat content of at least 82%. Cinnamon and vanillin - optional. Salt Almond
STEP 2

For the cream, you need to mix an egg (room temperature!!!), sugar, salt, vanillin, cinnamon, butter (softened), almond flour and mix well. This is what the Frangipane cream should look like. Homogeneous, lush! It's already delicious!
STEP 3

Cut the Easter cake into rings 1.5 cm thick. I got 5 pieces. diameter 13 cm.
STEP 4

Soak well in milk on all sides...It will also be very tasty with sugar syrup with the addition of orange syrup or essence. You can also have orange juice, it also turns out great.
STEP 5

Pipe the almond cream... It was more convenient for me to do this using a pastry bag.
STEP 6

Sprinkle well with almond petals...
STEP 7

Bake at 180-200 degrees for 15-17 minutes until golden brown. I let it cool slightly, but they are good both warm and cold.
STEP 8

And with a glass of cold milk it’s a blast.
STEP 9
