I have always associated zucchini with zucchini caviar and fried zucchini, now you can try the soup. I really like the cookbook, now I don’t need to scour the entire Internet, looking through a bunch of sites to find the right recipe. Now everything will be on one server. I like the fact that here you can add the recipes you need to your folder. There are also recipes with photographs of their preparation; I especially like this, because you can have a clear example of step-by-step preparation. It would just be more convenient to divide the salads section into subsections: meat salads, fish salads, vegetable salads.

caraway seeds give the dish a characteristic taste, which my family associates with cooking manti with pumpkin and zucchini (I’ll post the recipe later). That's why I didn't add it to this soup. Maybe that’s why I didn’t really like the result - it’s not an acquired taste. There's something missing in this soup. maybe processed cheese? I'll have to try it next time :))
