  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make a salad with carbonate? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can make your own mayonnaise. You will find recipes for homemade mayonnaise after the last step. You can also replace mayonnaise with vegetable oil, then the salad will be less high in calories. From a head of Chinese cabbage, you need to remove the first few leaves if they are wilted. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake off the water. Finely chop the lettuce leaves.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the cucumbers and cut into half rings. If desired, you can pre-clean the skin. This is especially true when using winter greenhouse cucumbers.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Drain aquafaba from a can of canned peas. By the way, instead of pouring out the aquafaba, you can make a wonderful lean mayonnaise based on it!

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

First cut the carbonade into slices of medium thickness, and then chop into small cubes. If you first remove the fat layer from the carbonation, you can significantly reduce the calorie content of the finished salad.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt to taste and season with mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients and garnish with fresh parsley or dill. Bon appetit!

I needed a lifesaver “salad with carbonate”. I took this recipe as a basis. I used white cabbage as a base, finely shredded. Instead of carbonate, I added boiled sausages. I took home-canned green peas. I also added white salad onions. Dressed with mayonnaise and voila. True, in my haste I forgot to cut the cucumbers, although I opened a jar of canned cucumbers))) well, we had them as a snack for the salad😀 Great recipe! It took about 10 minutes to prepare. Very simple and quick, using available ingredients. I took what I had in the refrigerator at that time) The salad turned out great. And nourishing, and tasty, and crispy. We ate it as a separate dish with a slice of black bread and cucumbers😉. I’ll definitely do it one of these days and recommend it to everyone! Many thanks to the author!
