Salad with boiled sausage, hard cheese and fresh cucumber

STEP 1

Not a single ingredient is subjected to heat treatment, so let’s start cooking without wasting time. I started by preparing the dressing. After all, later, when the cucumber is already cut, it can quickly release juice and have a squeezed appearance and not a very pleasant taste. Yes, you can season it classically - with mayonnaise or sour cream. What you will do if you don’t want to try a new taste. I combined oil, salt and spices.
STEP 2

Let's cut the boiled sausage. In what format? The one you like. For example, I decided to move away from the templates and first sliced the sausage thinly, and then cut it into a thin strip.
STEP 3

I did the same thing with cheese. While slicing, I stuck to approximately the sausage format.
STEP 4

Two basic components are involved. But so that they don’t get bored, we’ll dilute their company with other bright and pleasant products. We chop the bell pepper, and also into thin strips.
STEP 5

If you don’t have leek, no problem - take a regular one, only then soak it in a mixture of water and vinegar (7:1). We cut it thinly.
STEP 6

Well, now that all the ingredients are already in the bowl, you can cut the fresh cucumber. I depicted it with a stripe like this.

Let's combine everything in a bowl.

Stir and add dressing - there will be just enough for this amount of ingredients.
STEP 9

Chop the green onion and dress the salad. Add salt if desired, but I think the cheese and spices are enough for a spicy taste.
