    How to make a salad of squid, shrimp and eggs? To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can replace boiled squids with canned ones. You can replace mayonnaise with sour cream.

    Peel the squid from the skin, internal films, remove the chitinous plate and entrails. If the squids are frozen, defrost them first, but not completely - frozen squids are easier to clean. Boil the squid in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes, no longer, otherwise they will become rubbery and tasteless. Then cut the squid carcasses into small pieces.

    Pre-cook the shrimp in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Then cool the shrimp and peel them. If desired, you can remove the black stripe on the back of each shrimp. Cut large shrimp into small pieces. My shrimp were already peeled and small, so I didn’t cut them.

    Wash the cucumber and dry it. To make the salad more tender, I advise you to peel the cucumber. Then cut the pulp into small cubes.

    Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel. Cut into small cubes.

    Wash the parsley, shake off moisture and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, dill, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

    Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.

    You can leave the salad directly in the salad bowl or place it in a cooking ring for a festive serving. In this case, you need to put the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that all the ingredients are compacted and the salad does not fall apart after removing the ring. The squid, shrimp, and eggs in the salad are so harmonious that you want to cook it again and again. On the holiday table it flies away first, even despite the lack of brightness. I don’t make it as beautiful as the author’s, but the salad tastes amazing!
