Elena Perez

Since childhood, I loved watching my grandmother turn ordinary ingredients into culinary masterpieces in the kitchen. Warm smells, family laughter at the table - this was my happiness. Since then, the kitchen has become my refuge. As I grew older, I began to explore the cuisines of the world, inspired by Italian pasta, Indian spices and Japanese ramen. In my work I strive to show that cooking is not difficult and is accessible to everyone. My goal is to share simple and delicious recipes so that everyone can create cozy moments with loved ones around the table.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Universidad de Celaya.
