Today I prepared this wonderful dish. But it didn't turn out like in the photo. I fried the rolls on both sides, but probably only with the closed side. I got 20 of them. It was difficult to fit into a frying pan d28cm. You can safely prepare 1/2 serving. And you can take not 500 grams of minced meat, but 400. I still have some. I also put cilantro in it. We really love this weed. Instead of fresh tomatoes, I used canned ground tomatoes in the sauce (I store it for the winter). I took 400 gr. There was a lot of sauce, I covered all the rolls with it.
