I have long wanted to try a salad with raw beets. I always wondered how it would feel without heat treatment. For this purpose, I prepared a health salad with carrots, beets, cabbage and yogurt. Moreover, this salad is full of vitamins! I grated carrots and beets for Korean salads, and after cutting, I grated the cabbage with salt for softness and greater juiciness. I first fried the walnuts in a dry frying pan and then chopped them with a knife. I replaced fresh garlic with powder, mixed it with freshly ground pepper, and then with homemade thick yogurt. Cool the finished salad before serving. My husband was delighted with the new salad, he really liked it) I appreciated it too) I think yogurt softens the taste of fresh vegetables, especially beets. The salad turned out very tasty, juicy and at the same time tender. I will cook it again)
