The vegetables are all young, juicy, healthy) I had frozen peas, I poured boiling water over them and boiled them for a few minutes, then dried them. There were no lettuce leaves. But I added parsley to the salad for flavor and green onions for a little spice. Seasoned the vegetable salad with unrefined mustard oil. It turned out to be a beautiful salad) After steeping for a short time, all the pieces were soaked in the dressing and juices, very tasty. Served for dinner with boiled new potatoes.
