Salad Clock New Year's

STEP 1

How to make New Year's salad Clock? Prepare the necessary products. You can use any part of the chicken. I have chicken thighs.
STEP 2

Boil the chicken in boiling salted water until cooked. Remove the finished chicken from the broth and cool. Separate the meat from the bones and cut into small pieces. To keep the meat juicy, be sure to immerse the chicken in boiling water.
STEP 3

Boil the eggs hard. How to boil eggs? Fill them with cold water and bring to a boil. Cook the eggs over moderate heat for 7-8 minutes after boiling. Immediately immerse boiled eggs in cold water to make the shell easier to peel. When the eggs have cooled, peel them and separate them into whites and yolks. Grate the whites on a coarse grater.
STEP 4

Also chop the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 5

Place a cooking ring on a plate (I have a diameter of 18 cm). Place half of the shredded chicken in the first layer. Press the layers lightly.

Apply mayonnaise on top.
STEP 7

Then add Korean carrots. I did not smear this layer.
STEP 8

Spread the remaining chicken over the carrot layer. You can lay out the chicken in one layer (the very first one). I divided it by two. Again a mesh of mayonnaise.
STEP 9

The next layer is grated cheese and mayonnaise.
STEP 10

Then grated egg whites and mayonnaise again.
STEP 11

Grate the egg yolks onto the white layer on a fine grater, distributing them evenly over the entire surface of the salad. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak.
STEP 12

To decorate the salad, boil carrots. Pour water over the vegetable, bring to a boil and cook over moderate heat until soft. Cool the finished carrots and peel them. Cut some of the carrots into thin circles (12 pieces), preferably the same size and one smaller one (in the center). Cut the rest of the carrots lengthwise into slices and cut out small and large arrows. Remove the serving ring and place the carrots on top of the salad in the shape of a clock dial.
STEP 13

Place half an olive on the center circle. On the carrot circles, use mayonnaise to draw Roman numerals in order from 1 to 12. Decorate the “dial” with parsley leaves. Salad for the New Year. Bon appetit!
