My husband and I really liked the Bakhor salad with sausage. It successfully combines fresh vegetables and protein components. Cutting with straw looks beautiful and harmonious. For the salad, I took high-quality boiled sausage; it did not overwhelm the other components with its taste, but successfully complemented them. I used red onions, they are sweetish and, to my taste, best suited for salads. I cut it into half rings. I used hard Russian cheese. I decided to top it with mayonnaise. Although you can indeed replace it with sour cream or unsweetened yogurt, it will also work out well. The salad is very tasty, filling and juicy!

Great recipe! I’ve had my eye on it for a long time and finally decided to make it) I liked the Bakhor salad with sausage because of its ingredients. I really like this combination. Instead of boiled sausage, I took raw smoked sausage. I cut everything into cubes, it seemed to me that it would be more convenient to eat. I boiled the eggs in advance so that I could make the salad faster later. Spent 15 minutes cutting and mixing. I was in such a hurry to eat the salad that the greens flew out of my head) I don’t think it had much effect on the taste. I added some of the grated cheese to the salad, and left some for decoration. I replaced the cucumbers with bell peppers, they are also green and crunchy))) I seasoned them with mayonnaise and added a little hop-suneli of my own. The salad is incredibly tasty. The tomatoes were perfectly juicy, the sweet peppers harmonized very well with the rest of the ingredients, and the garlic gave it a lot of flavor. Eggs, cheese and sausage added good filling. Bakhor salad was served with a slice of bread as a separate dish. I already want to repeat it and recommend it to everyone! Wonderful recipe! Many thanks to the author 😊

I’ve seen the name Bakhor very often, but I didn’t think that it was such a simple, but such a delicious salad. I was the first to prepare a salad with garlic. I prepared it and added homemade mayonnaise, and replaced the chicken eggs with quail eggs, it turned out very tasty. And instead of sausage, you can add smoked chicken!
