Finely chop the parsley, green onion, and tarragon. Cut the lemon in half lengthwise and cut half the lemon and onion into half rings

For a side dish, I like boiled potatoes with green butter. I also put a piece of green butter on the fish. When the butter melts, both the potatoes and the fish will be juicier and more fragrant.
