    Add bell pepper, daikon and chopped tomatoes. Simmer everything, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. It is important to immediately choose the right frying pan so that both the meat and vegetables and the broth can fit there. During the cooking process I had to change the frying pan to a deeper one.

    Pour 400 ml of hot meat broth into the meat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Quite unexpectedly, I discovered daikon as one of the ingredients of a hot meat dish - rice with meat gravy in a frying pan. Here the daikon appeared in fried/stewed form. Soft, but well-preserved its structure, it became an excellent component of the gravy. The daikon was sent to the frying pan along with the tomatoes, along with pieces of meat and onion fried until golden brown. After 7 minutes, everything was poured with hot broth and stewed for 40 minutes under the lid. I boiled the rice separately. I didn’t add any spices to the rice or the gravy. Rice, meat fried with onions, tomatoes and daikon - everything in this dish is harmonious, everything goes well together. The taste is wonderful. My husband and I really enjoyed it! I recommend everyone to try this dish!
