STEP 1
How to make rice with meat gravy in a frying pan? First, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Cooking will begin with gravy, as it takes longer to cook than rice. Beef is needed on the bone. I have beef ribs with a lot of meat. You can take other parts of the carcass.
STEP 2
Wash the beef and dry it. Separate the pulp from the bones. Place the bones in a saucepan, pour in 1.5 liters of water. Bring the broth to a boil over medium heat and simmer, skimming, for 1 hour.

Then strain the finished broth. Discard the bones. You can cook the broth in advance, for example in the evening. And just before cooking, reheat.
STEP 4
Cut the beef pulp into cubes and sprinkle with spices. If there are tough veins in the beef, remove them.

Peel the daikon and cut into strips.
STEP 6
Cut the onion into small cubes.
STEP 7
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into strips.

You can cut the tomatoes into small cubes, after removing the skin from them, or grate them on a coarse grater, cutting off the skin. How to remove skins from tomatoes? Make cross cuts on them and lower them into boiling water for 1 minute. After this, the skin will be very easy to remove.

Heat 40 ml of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over high heat. Place the meat and fry until golden brown.

Add the onion and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.

Add bell pepper, daikon and chopped tomatoes. Simmer everything, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. It is important to immediately choose the right frying pan so that both the meat and vegetables and the broth can fit there. During the cooking process I had to change the frying pan to a deeper one.
STEP 12
Pour 400 ml of hot meat broth into the meat and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
STEP 13
Then pour in the remaining broth, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another 30 minutes.
STEP 14
While the gravy is simmering, prepare the fluffy rice. The variety of rice that is steamed is suitable. It will retain its shape and will not boil over. I have golden steamed rice. In addition to the indicated spices, you can use your own to taste.
STEP 15
Rinse the rice until clean. Boil 400 ml of water in a saucepan. Add rice. Add vegetable oil and salt. Cook over low heat without a lid until the rice is cooked and the moisture has evaporated.
STEP 16
Finally, add ground cumin and coriander and stir.
STEP 17
Place the fluffy rice in a deep plate and pour the meat gravy over it. Bon appetit!
