STEP 1

How to make red pancakes? Prepare the necessary ingredients. First boil the beets and squeeze the juice out of them. Or you can take ready-made beets in vacuum packaging (sold in Pyaterochka). Don't take any store-bought juices - they can be very salty.
STEP 2

Melt the butter in any way convenient for you: on the stove, in the microwave.
STEP 3

In a separate bowl, mix eggs with sugar and salt until smooth.
STEP 4

Pour milk into the eggs.
STEP 5

Then add beet juice. Whisk the mixture until smooth.
STEP 6

Pour vegetable oil and melted butter into the egg mixture. Stir.
STEP 7

Sift the flour through a sieve and add it to the dough in parts. Watch its consistency - you may need more or less flour than I did.
STEP 8

You should get a homogeneous batter without lumps.
STEP 9

Bake the pancakes in a greased frying pan for 1 minute on each side, making sure that they do not fry too much and do not lose their beautiful red color.
STEP 10

It takes me 1.5 minutes per pancake to fry. At maximum heat. Focus on your stove and frying pan. You may need to reduce or increase the roasting time.
