An interesting combination, it immediately felt like spring and I really wanted to try the radish and cucumber salad. I made the salad without any adjustments, I just didn’t add dill for my own reasons. How quick to prepare and simple salad from available products. I cut fresh vegetables into half circles, chopped green onions, seasoned with sour cream and added a little salt. Very tasty and refreshing salad, crispy and full of vitamins. The light salad perfectly complemented the meat at dinner. We devoured the whole salad at once and even drank the whole yushka. Yes, sour cream perfectly complements fresh salads, adding an interesting taste, juiciness and lightness. Great salad! The perfect combination!
