STEP 1
How to make radish and cucumber salad? Prepare your ingredients. Wash the cucumber and radish to remove dirt and dry a little on a towel. Trim the ponytails.
STEP 2
Prepare a salad bowl. Slice a cucumber into it. There is no need to chop the vegetables too much. It is enough to cut the cucumber lengthwise into 2 or 4 parts, and then simply cut it into pieces. Cut small cucumbers into slices at once. Be sure to taste the cucumber before slicing. If it is bitter, then take another one. Cut off the thick skin of old cucumbers.
STEP 3
In the same way, cut the radishes into quarters. If you come across a very large radish, you can chop it a little smaller. Again, if small - in circles.
STEP 4
Wash the onion and dill greens and dry well. Excess liquid in the salad will make it watery and not tasty. Finely chop. Add chopped onion and dill to the salad bowl.
STEP 5
Then add a little sour cream. Salt the salad to taste. You can use not only sour cream as a dressing. Try replacing it with natural yogurt or olive oil.
