I liked this hearty, yet refreshing and light salad. Here is another salad recipe with Chinese cabbage, bell pepper, cheese and cucumbers. Vitamin bomb!

An unusually tender and light salad. A worthy table decoration. The good news is that all the ingredients are simple and accessible, and preparation takes just a few minutes. A quick treat for a group of women. Men need something more satisfying; for this it is quite possible to add boiled chicken to the salad. It won’t spoil the taste, but it will add nutrition. I also don't like using balsamic vinegar, so I only season with olive oil.
