Quick semolina pie without a gram of flour
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Pour 2 cups of kefir of any fat content into a bowl, add 2 cups of semolina, stir until smooth and leave for 15 minutes for the semolina to swell
STEP 2

Pour 200 grams of sugar into 2 eggs and beat with a mixer until fluffy and light.
STEP 3

Stir the swollen semolina and pour in the beaten eggs. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and mix until smooth.
