Quick pie with cottage cheese

STEP 1

The dough in this pie is replaced by sweet crumbs made from flour, sugar and butter, and the filling is prepared, like a cottage cheese casserole, from cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, with the addition of semolina.
STEP 2

To bake the pie, take a mold with split edges and grease it with butter.
STEP 3

For the filling, mix cottage cheese with eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina.
STEP 4

Grind the cottage cheese with eggs and sugar thoroughly using a blender to obtain a homogeneous curd mass.
STEP 5

Now prepare the crumbs - pour the flour into a container, mix it with baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then grate 200 grams of chilled butter into the flour mixture on a coarse grater and knead everything together until sweet crumbs form.
STEP 6

Pour half of the sweet crumbs into a springform baking dish in an even layer so that the bottom is completely covered.
STEP 7

Spread the curd mixture onto the crumbs in the mold and level the surface.
STEP 8

Pour the remaining crumbs onto the curd mass and level the surface again.
STEP 9

Cut the remaining butter into pieces and place them on the surface of the crumbs.
STEP 10

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the filled form in it for 40 minutes.
STEP 11

Take the finished pie with cottage cheese out of the oven and remove the sides from the pan.
STEP 12

Carefully transfer the pie to a flat dish, separating it from the bottom of the pan with a spatula.
STEP 13

When serving, cut the pie with cottage cheese into portions.
