Quick multicooker cake with fruit

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Mix 6 eggs with 1 cup sugar
STEP 2

Gradually add 1 cup flour
STEP 3

Quench 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with vinegar (I use 70% vinegar essence). Add slaked soda to the dough and mix
STEP 4

Pre-lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. Place the dough into the bowl. Set it to “Baking” mode. Each model has its own standard baking time. My multicooker has a standard setting of 1 hour. It is better not to open the lid before cooking, as the biscuit may fall off.

STEP 7

Approximate width. I usually divide it into 3 parts and end up with 4 cakes.
STEP 8

We make the cream: mix 1 pack of sour cream 20% with powdered sugar and vanilla. I apply the powder by eye - so that the cream does not turn out too cloyingly sweet. About 100 g (or half a glass of sugar) You can also add sugar. You just have to stir until the sugar is completely dissolved so that there are no crystals in the cream.
STEP 9

Spread the cut cakes with sour cream on both sides (so that it soaks in better) and layer them with fruits, berries, jam, dried fruits - whatever your heart desires!

STEP 11

I also generously fill the top of the cake with sour cream. I decorate with berries, fruits, chocolate chips, dragees, etc. Be sure to coat the sides of the cake with cream. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After 2 hours you can serve. But ideally, let it sit overnight for complete distribution of the cream throughout the product. Bon appetit!
