Quick dough pies in a frying pan with mushrooms and chicken

The dough is prepared in a matter of minutes: melt the butter, add milk and gradually add flour. I didn’t add salt to the dough - I liked it (after all, the filling will be salty), but if you wish, you can add 0.5 teaspoon. l. salt

Using a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands. It mixes very easily. Then we put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator while we make the filling.

For the filling, finely chop the onion

Fry in a hot frying pan...

Then add the minced meat (I used chicken, but you can use any other) and mix, trying to break up the lumps, fry for 3-5 minutes

Add mushrooms (I use wild porcini mushrooms, but you can use any others - champignons, oyster mushrooms - it will be very tasty)

Fry covered for another 5-7 minutes, and then leave the filling to cool. By the way, the filling can be prepared in advance - then our pies will be even faster

We take our dough out of the refrigerator and cut it into 3-4 parts

Pinch off a piece the size of a plum from any part.
STEP 15

Roll out thinly (by the way, there is no need to add flour, due to the fact that butter is added to the dough, it will not stick to the table)

Add some filling

Fold the dough in half and pinch the edges to form a small cheburek.
STEP 18

The above ingredients make 35-40 pies.
STEP 19

Fry the pies in a heated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Again, due to the added butter, the pies absorb less vegetable oil when frying.

Turn over and cook on the other side
