Quick baking for tea in the oven
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to make quick baking for tea in the oven? Nothing could be easier! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Start preparing the pie with the dough. Take premium flour. Kefir - fat content from 2.5 and above. Kefir should be at room temperature, so remove it from the refrigerator in advance. Take refined, odorless vegetable oil.
STEP 2
Mix kefir and soda in a bowl and leave for 5-10 minutes until foam appears on the surface.
STEP 3
When the kefir starts to foam, add eggs and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
STEP 4
Pour in the vegetable oil and mix everything again.
STEP 5
Sift the flour with baking powder and pour into the kefir in parts, each time thoroughly mixing the mixture until smooth. Depending on the quality of the flour itself, the moisture content of the kefir, the size of the eggs, more or less flour may be needed.
STEP 6
You should get a fairly viscous but flowing homogeneous dough.
STEP 7
Now prepare the curd filling. For it you will need cottage cheese of any fat content, but preferably not dry and not very lumpy. The fattier the cottage cheese, the better the balls will form from it and the tastier the pie will be. But you can also do it with low-fat cottage cheese. Cottage cheese in briquettes is also suitable.
STEP 8
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg and sugar. Mash the mixture thoroughly with a fork. It is better to take an egg that is not very large so that the mass does not turn out liquid.
STEP 9
With slightly damp hands, form the curd into small balls the size of a walnut. If the mass is liquid and it is difficult to form balls from it, pour 1-2 tbsp into the cottage cheese as a fastening element. l. flour and stir. I got 7 balls. The cooking time can be reduced if you make the curd balls while the kefir and soda are brewing (step 2).
STEP 10
Pour the dough into a greased baking dish (I have a diameter of 24 cm, but it can be smaller). Distribute the curd balls on top at a distance from each other. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40 minutes until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven and the height of the cake. Due to the soda and baking powder, the dough will rise greatly and the balls will end up inside the pie.
STEP 11
Cool the finished pie, cut into pieces and serve. Bon appetit!
