STEP 1

Place the pumpkin in a mold and place in the oven for 40 minutes. You need to focus on the operation of the oven, the size of the pumpkin and the volume of the contents. The readiness of the dish can be checked by the meat; it should be soft and tender in taste.

Remove the pumpkin from the oven. While the dish is hot, put the contents into cups, cut the pulp into pieces and serve with the roast. Bon appetit!
