Pumpkin apple pudding

Ingredients.

Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and boil in milk until almost done.
STEP 3

Then add peeled and chopped apples and sweeten. The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the pumpkin. Simmer until soft.
STEP 4

Add semolina and cook, stirring, until thickened.
STEP 5

Remove from heat, add butter, cool slightly.
STEP 6

Transfer the pumpkin-apple mixture to a blender, add cinnamon, yolk and beat until smooth.
STEP 7

Beat the chilled egg white until it forms a stable foam.
STEP 8

Combine the whipped egg whites with the resulting mixture and mix gently from top to bottom.
STEP 9

Transfer the mixture into a pan greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. During the baking process, the pudding rises; this must be taken into account when choosing a form. We bake the dessert at 190 degrees. 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Turn off the oven and leave the pudding with the door open for another 5-7 minutes so that it does not settle.
