    Prepare the minced meat. Mine comes from the breast.

    Separate the yolks from the whites.

    Grind the yolks with soft butter.

    Mix in minced meat, herbs and breadcrumbs

    Salt and pepper, add a few tablespoons of cold water and beat well until the mass becomes homogeneous and airy.

Thanks for the new cutlet recipe for me! For the first time I will add pan. breadcrumbs, not to mention the fact that I have never separated an egg before... A very tempting recipe!!!
