And the occasion can be any - unexpected, but beloved, guests... a long feast, when between salads and hot dishes there is time for puff baskets with mushrooms... or you just want something that you don’t know.

    Brush the rings with beaten egg, leaving the center and seam intact. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

    Wash and cut the mushrooms into large cubes.
