Puff pastry baskets filled with mushrooms

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Thaw the puff pastry and roll it out a little.
STEP 2
Cut out circles with a diameter of 10 cm (or whatever die cut you have, a glass, or you can make the baskets into squares, hearts, etc.) and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
STEP 3
Make smaller notches on the dough pieces (here the diameter is 4.5 cm) to the bottom.
STEP 4
Brush the rings with beaten egg, leaving the center and seam intact. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 5
Wash and cut the mushrooms into large cubes.
STEP 6
Peel the onion and chop finely.
STEP 7
Melt the butter over low heat and fry the onion until soft.
STEP 8
Add mushrooms. Fry, stirring, until juice appears. Add salt and pepper.
STEP 9
Add the garlic to the mushrooms and evaporate the liquid.
STEP 10
Add sour cream, flour, stir, heat well.
STEP 11
In the finished baskets, press down the center.
STEP 12
Fill the baskets with mushroom filling.
STEP 13
Garnish with finely chopped green onions and serve warm. Enjoy!
