Pour a glass of warm water into a bowl. Add salt and sugar, stir until the bulk sugar is completely dissolved. Beat in a chicken egg. Stir again until it is completely dispersed. Then add acetic acid and stir until the mixture is homogeneous in consistency.
STEP 2
Sift the wheat flour to saturate it with oxygen and pour it into the bowl with the liquid part. Add flour in parts, stirring the mass each time, as you may need a little less or more, depending on its properties. Read about flour in a separate article at the end of this recipe.
STEP 3
The dough should come together into a ball and be smooth and elastic.
STEP 4
Divide the finished dough into four parts, roll each of them into a thin layer no more than 0.3 centimeters thick.
STEP 5
Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance; it should be soft. Also divide it into 4 parts.
STEP 6
Carefully brush each layer of dough with softened butter.
STEP 7
Fold the dough like an envelope, roll it out again with a rolling pin and do this several times. Then roll the dough into an envelope, put it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
