STEP 1

How to make PP cheesecakes from cottage cheese in the oven? Prepare the necessary products. You can use a sweetener suitable for heat treatment, or add natural honey. But you can cook without them.
STEP 2

Any gluten-free flour will do. I have oatmeal and corn. I combined the flour and sifted it. The ratio of flour types can be changed to taste.
STEP 3

Take cottage cheese with minimal moisture. The fat content can be any depending on the calorie content of the dish you want to get. You can also take low-fat cottage cheese, but calcium is less absorbed from it. If the cottage cheese is grainy, grind it in a blender or rub through a sieve to make the cheesecakes more tender.
STEP 4

Add egg, honey, oatmeal and corn flour to the cottage cheese.
STEP 5

Mix everything well until smooth. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more oatmeal or corn flour. Leave the curd dough for 15 minutes. It will become less moist and making cheesecakes will be more convenient.
STEP 6

Form cheesecakes. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
STEP 7

Bake the cheesecakes in an oven preheated to 180 C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. If the cheesecakes are browned on the bottom but still pale on top, turn them over to the other side and bake until golden brown. During baking, the cheesecakes may rise a little, but after cooling they will fall. Cooking mode and time may vary. Consider the operating features of your oven.
STEP 8

Serve cheesecakes with jam, honey or jam. Bon appetit!
