Beat the eggs until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. If you consider heating honey to be a “terrible poison,” you can take any of your favorite sweeteners that can withstand heating, such as sucralose. And/or sweet dried fruits.

I wanted to try the PP dessert. The choice fell on PP charlotte made from rice flour. I have already used rice flour in other baked goods. She showed herself to be very interesting in the charlotte test. The dough seems to form into a lump, but immediately “spreads”. It also took me a little less flour. You shouldn’t overdo it, otherwise the baked goods may turn out too dry. I peeled the apples, the autumn varieties are quite hard, and they remained in whole pieces in the pie. Charlotte was baked for 30 minutes at 180°C. In a non-stick pan, it did not stick at all, which often happens with regular sponge cake. The dough turned out porous, airy, soft and springy. Sweetness is achieved through honey and a large number of apples. And charlotte smells like summer! We liked it, delicious!
