STEP 1
How to make PP charlotte from rice flour with apples? Prepare your food. To make the sponge cake fluffy and tasty, the ingredients for it must be at room temperature. Therefore, remove the eggs from the refrigerator in advance. If you did not have time to do this, then keep them in warm water until warm. The amount of flour given is approximate, it may take more or less, you will look at the consistency of the dough.
STEP 2
Wash the eggs well and beat them into a bowl. Add honey to them and start beating with a mixer at low speed. When foam appears on them, increase the speed. Beat the eggs until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. If you consider heating honey to be a “terrible poison,” you can take any of your favorite sweeteners that can withstand heating, such as sucralose. And/or sweet dried fruits.
STEP 3
Mix flour with baking powder. Then sift the mixture. By doing this you will not only rid it of lumps or debris, but also saturate it with oxygen, which will make the baked goods more airy.
STEP 4
Add the flour into the egg mixture in portions, stirring gently after each addition using upward movements. As soon as the dough reaches the consistency of thick sour cream, stop. Not all the flour was gone, I had about a tablespoon left.
STEP 5
Wash and dry the apples. Cut them into pieces of any size. I cut them into cubes without cutting off the skin so that the apples could be felt better in the charlotte.
STEP 6
Add apples to the dough, stir. You can use more apples, depending on your taste and their size.
STEP 7
Grease a baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil. Then dust the bottom and sides of the pan with a little rice flour. It will stick to the oil, forming a protective layer that will prevent the charlotte from sticking. Shake off any remaining flour. The silicone mold does not need to be greased. I have a glass mold d 18cm.
STEP 8
Pour the dough into the mold and smooth the top.
STEP 9
Bake the charlotte in the oven, preheated to 180°C, for 30 to 40 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer - it should come out dry from the center. Cool the charlotte and remove from the mold.
STEP 10
Serve the rice flour charlotte with apples to the table. Bon appetit!
