STEP 1

How to make PP Chicken Caesar Salad? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Fillet is best suited for salad as it is the most nutritious part of the chicken. Mozzarella can be replaced with another soft cheese (Adyghe, feta cheese) or take hard cheese with low fat content (no more than 25%). You can use regular tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes. One average fruit will be enough. Boil the egg hard for 7-8 minutes. Cool the boiled egg in cold water.
STEP 2

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and add a little salt. Wrap the fillet in foil or a sleeve. Bake the chicken in an oven preheated to 180C for 25 minutes. Cool the finished fillet. You can boil the chicken in boiling salted water, but chicken meat baked in foil will be juicier and retain more beneficial properties.
STEP 3

Wash the lettuce leaves in cold water and dry well. Chop the greens with your hands and place on a plate. You should not cut the leaves with a knife. When interacting with metal, oxidation occurs, which reduces the beneficial properties of the salad.
STEP 4

Break the chicken fillet into fibers or cut into pieces. Place meat on lettuce leaves.
STEP 5

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters. If the tomato is large, cut it into small slices.
STEP 6

Remove the mozzarella from the brine and dry. I used mozzarella in mini balls, if the ball is large or you are using another cheese, cut it into slices. Add cheese to salad.
STEP 7

Peel the egg and cut it in half. Place half an egg in the center of the salad. You can cut the egg into slices.
STEP 8

Prepare salad dressing.
STEP 9

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, mustard, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add a little salt and mix well.
STEP 10

Drizzle dressing over salad and serve immediately.
